In January of 2005, Reddin Mortgage Group was born. Owned and operated by Kim Reddin, it is a fully independent mortgage brokerage company located in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.The primary focus of Reddin Mortgage Group is to provide financing for clients purchasing a new home, but in addition to financing purchases, we also work with homeowners who want to take equity out of their home for the purpose of renovating, investing, or even consolidating debts. Our Homeowner’s Consultation Service is a financial review of a client's existing mortgage in comparison to what is currently available in the marketplace. We will analyze the numbers and make recommendations to help our clients save money. In addition to residential mortgages, we offer financing options for rental property, vacation homes and commercial properties. We are a full service Mortgage Brokerage company and a proud member of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals supporting quality service and high standards of ethics in our industry. Our mortgage consultants are all Accredited Mortgage Professionals as designated by CAAMP, or have years of experience and are working towards obtaining their AMP designation. Kim graduated from the University of Prince Edward Island in May of 1991 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and stepped right into a career in the banking
industry. Through the years she held a variety of positions including Mortgage Specialist until February of 2002 when she went to work as a mortgage agent with a local mortgage brokerage firm.Having acquired a variety of experience in the mortgage industry over the last 17 years, Kim decided to follow her dreams of business ownership and opened Reddin Mortgage Group on January 1st, 2005. Kim is an Accredited Mortgage Professional, a designation provided by the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals. Sylvia Gahan - office administrator 
Sylvia is the office administrator for Reddin Mortgage Group. She has over 25 years experience in the banking industry working in various capacities throughout the years including business banking most recently. She retired from her banking career in 2002 and has been working in mortgage administration since that time. Sylvia manages our client files and is a critical part of our mortgage team. You may find yourself speaking with Sylvia regarding your final choice of mortgage term or any changes you might need to make to your mortgage request.
