It’s the first week in our new house and Darin and I wanted to thank you and let you know how much we appreciated all you hard work. Everything went so smoothly (and quickly) every step of the way. Hey Kim,
I just wanted to say thanks for all of the help with the financing part of buying our house. I really didn’t think that the whole process was going to be this easy, but you helped to make it as simple as possible for us. We moved in on the weekend, and things are going pretty well so far. We’re enjoying the fact that it’s our house, and we can do what we want to make it our own. I’ll definitely be telling everyone I know about you if they’re thinking about buying a house!

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for your assistance in acquiring a mortgage. It was great knowing I could fire off a million questions and have them answered promptly. Thanks also for your patience when I wanted everything to happen yesterday!!! You're a saint!
I picked up the keys at noon and am now officially a homeowner! I can't wait to celebrate!

Thanks so much Kim !!! You and your team made the process of buying a home a smooth one. You went out of your way to answer all of my questions, getting us the best possible rate and looking around for a mortgage that would suit our needs. My bank could not even come close to the interest rate you were able to get for us. I also loved that I could leave a message for you and not have to wait for hours (or days) for you to return it.

This has been a pretty overwhelming process so far and it has been great to have someone with your knowledge base to help us out.
